It costs The Recruitment Junction £1,500 to place one candidate into work

This includes our own core costs, plus expenditure on behalf of the candidate via our Hardship Fund.

The Hardship Fund is most commonly used in the following ways:

£0
pays for a Greggs voucher, to buy someone a meal
£0
is the cost of a Birth Certificate, the essential Right to Work document
£0
covers one week’s bus and metro pass for travel to a new job
£0
buys a shirt, trousers and shoes to wear to interview
£0
pays for a CSCS test and card – the health and safety requirement to work on a construction site
£0
is the weekly room rate at the YMCA – when needing to leave unaffordable ‘supported accommodation’ to start work, or when unexpectedly homeless following a relationship breakdown
